Great service. Personnel were very accommodating with reasonable wait time even though I did not have an appointment.

Great service!!! Only place I’ll take my 5 cars. They don’t try to take advantage of me cause I’m a women. They tell you what’s wrong and leave it up to you if you want them to do the work. They always try to give the best price they can.

The people at Lex Brodies are always very friendly and efficient. They are the best. I would always take my car there if I have any tire problems

Took my car in for something I thought would be pricy and it turned out to be a reset - not even charged for it! Amazing!

My tire was fixed.

I've always had great service from this location, but this time it was a but inconvenient for me. I had placed an online appointment and also spoke to someone to confirm my tire purchase & appointment. They assured me that they would place an order for 2 sets (just to be sure of the sizing - 15 vs 16) prior to my appointment to avoid any mishaps. Well when I got there, it was quite busy and the person at the desk said that because they're so busy, it might take up to 4 hours. I mean I made an appointment so that I wouldn't have to wait so long AND I made it at the beginning of the week. I later got a call that they forgot to place the order for the tires and it may take all day now. I had to make arrangements since u didn't want to be stuck all day wandering around until to was finished. The good and bad news is that I got a call 2 hours later the my car was done, but I had to make additional arrangements to go pick it up, since I figured it would be completed much later. All in all, they've come through for me in the past and despite the inconvenience of making pick up/drop off arrangements, I was quite happy that it was completed earlier than expected.

fast service, friendly staff no problems just great all away around

I had an unscheduled visit and was greeted by Vachelle Heyward. She was very busy helping other customers and I observed that she multi tasked very efficiently. When my turn came up, she apologized that I had to wait and addressed my tire. It was determined that my tire had to be replaced and she tracked down my tire at another location, and a estimated time duration was given. During my wait, she kept apologizing to me and kept me updated on my tire replacement progress. I commend Vachelle and she is definitely an asset to your organization.
