Ben was very friendly & helpful when I called for a tire rotation appt. & when I dropped off my car. His co-worker (don't know his name) was also helpful.

Had an unfortunate occurrence. Overheating issue and Lex Brodie's on Queen was close so went there. Jack, (5 Star Jack) helped me. Was able to leave car and get diagnostic next day. Turned out engine had more serious issues and needed more than they do. After informing me I had to research a reliable mechanic to take on the job. That took sometime and Jack was patient and supportive that I get a reputable shop to work with. He coordinated with the new shop info on the car and made pick up arrangements and numerous other details including keeping me fully informed. While what happened to the car is a bummer, 5 Star Jack, made the experience as pleasant as humanly possible. And maybe that's it, the experience was as good as humanly possible because of Jack and Lex Brodie's business acumen to make the customer #1. Great job!!

I always take our cars to Lex Brodie. Richard is the bomb. The guy is helpful and always has a good attitude Hard to find good people nowadays, but Richard is one of them. I only got his name, but so many others worked as a team to get me in and out of there fast

I was very satisfied with making an appointment , reminding me of the appointment, and having it done. Also, as a courtesy check they checked my tire pressure on all of my tires. Checked in about 8:50 and out by 9:30. All staff are friendly and helping you all the time.

No doubt that I am very happy that there is Kaneohe location on the Winward side.

I don't recall the name of the young men who repaired the flat tire on my truck, but he did a very good job. He also rotated my tires and did it really fast. Also the staff that helped me was very nice and friendly. Good job Lex Brodie keep up the good work.
