The online reservation system was great. Had appt. at 8AM and was done by 8:45.

I arrived at 8:45 am on Sunday morning, fifteen minutes before the scheduled time of opening. Nevertheless, I was greeted and processed for the repair of a flat tire. It took about an hour to fix the tire. I was treated courteously and promptly by the man who processed the initial paperwork and also by the young lady who handled the charges. There's been a big change in the attitudes of the personnel with regard to their contact with their clients. It wasn't necessarily poor before. It was excellent this time which resulted in a pleasant experience.

I've had the best customer service from this location and I only started using them 3 days ago I was referred to them by Guy of Honolulu Bimmer (Halekuwila) as he recommended them and that they had the equipment to fix the alignment on my car (alignment hunter equipment). I scheduled my appointment with Lex Brodies and went to Queen Street. They noticed my alignment was off and there was a bubble in my tire that needed to be replaced. Got it fixed and I was good to go. However, the story doesn't stop there. The very next day (less than 24 hours) I went over a pothole near Kapiolani and my low pros and the pothole pinched the same exact tire and it got flat instantaneously. I was towed back to Lex Brodies where I met the assistant manager Jack. My AAA tow driver liked Jack so I knew I was going to be taken care of. Jack explained that Lex Brodies doesn't cover tires when it comes to road hazards (potholes) and I was bummed that I had to get a new tire AND possibly purchase a new rim. He had his guys work on it fast (I was out in 45min on late Sunday afternoon) and discovered that replacing I only needed a new tire. He found out that the original tire that I bought from them was not a run-flat tire and it should've been the correct one to begin with. This would've allowed me to at least drive back to Lex without a tow truck. He apologized and was able to get me a new, run flat tire and gave me a discount (I paid labor of $35 and the new tire was free). I don't know what to say, but this was the best customer service I had from a local car shop - it was a dealership-style service, but local vibe is the best way for me to explain. Dealerships can be intimidating and pricey for some people. I will continue to get my cars serviced here. Awesome work and mahalos plenty to Jack and his team!

Mandy was excellent both on the phone calls and the counter service. She really makes you feel welcomed!
