This was my first visit to Lex Brodie's to replace 4 factory installed tires. The on-line tire shopping and appointment scheduling were a breeze. On the morning of the appointment, it was a short wait for check in. My car was done before lunch. LB's "best" quality tire package cost hundreds less than the "better" quality tire package quoted by the dealership. Shout out to Richard (service advisor @ Queen Street) for outstanding service.

I needed an alternator replacement for my wife's car which was completed within the proscribed time and I was on my way. Great service by Junior who initially took care of my situation by having the mechanics do diagnostics at no charge the previous week with a repair estimate when the alternator was working intermittently. It was working fine during the test but failed for good a week later. On my second visit Leialoha greeted me and the rest is history. Both Junior and Leialoha and the other counter help are professionals in what they do. I won't hesitate to use Lex Brodie for my future automotive needs. Thank you...very much.

words cannot expressed how grateful I am for their transparency and friendliness. I first came in not knowing where to park and only wanted any estimate on getting two new tires. I was helped by Jack and he did just that and gave me a very fair price compared to my dealership that same afternoon. he then got curious and asked why i had a spare on and told him that it i came out to my car that morning - completely flat. that is when he insisted on checking out my "flat" tire and checked TWICE -- and both times reported it to be fine & simply needed just AIR. so Thank you, Jack!
