Every time I go and get anything done I feel like a VIP. I can see they treat everyone the same and there customer service is beyond perform. It can be a saftey check or 4 brand new tires. Congratulations to the management team because any manager would love to have a team like this.

Had oil change and tire rotation on my Corolla Toyota. They were ready when promised and my car is in good shape. Price is reasonable with great service.

I made an online appointment for a safety check. Upon arrival, Maile greeted me and took care of the paperwork. I told her that I would be waiting so she led me to the lounge. I did not quite get settled when she came in and explained that it was finished. She also told me what to be on the lookout for. She listened to my concerns without interruption and answered all of my questions completely. She is truly a credit to Lex Brodie's. I'll be back!

Since the Kaneohe store opened, I have been a happy customer. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable. and trust worthy. I always feel like I get the best service at a fair price.

Maile was an understanding service representative and did a great job documenting our concern about air pressure in one of the tires being lost. After a check by the tire specialists, she explained what they had done; they found no noticeable leak. We felt very relieved that the tire sensor on the car may be too sensitive.

Perfect! I have been a regular customer since 1971 and there isn't a business that is run better! Even when I didn't have my insurance card they guided me to my insurance app and voila! Done. Never rushed or irritated! I got my safety check and off I went!

Nicole was professional in obtaining the information needed to service my vehicle in the needed oil change and I requested that the windshield wiper blades be examined and replaced as necessary. The oil change was performed promptly and there was a light rain so the windshield wiper blades were tested and found to be in good working order and did not need to be replaced. Nicole drove our car to a dry spot of the Service Area thus, we avoided getting wet in rain.
