Employees are very personable and I felt comfortable with the service they provided.

Based on my earlier experience with some other servicing companies where I have had to wait for months for a service appointment, I was surprised that I was offered an appointment the very next day. Again from previous experience of getting my vehicle serviced at the other service provider I was expecting it to take 4-5 hours but to my surprise, they completed everything in about an hour leaving me pleasantly surprised. Would recommend. Hey ticked all the right boxes except when I asked for a small additional work which was turned down citing availability of part and need to preorder it, which I kinda understand but would have liked it to have been done since it was just lug nuts replacement and not a rare hard to find part.

Friendly and professional service associates who make you feel like family. Great smiles and eye contact. Jordan was very helpful with suggesting services needed for my Lexus. He had technician John test drive the car for braking concerns and made arrangements to get it taken care of immediately for my safety. He provided transportation as I had a busy schedule that day and kept me posted on brake work and tire rotation/alignment progress. Provided best deal possible and I left very satisfied knowing I was treated with respect and aloha and that they took great care of my Lexus. Thank you Jordan for an excellent experience.

Made phone appointment. Arrived before appointment time and was assisted by Jordan. Also was greeted by Freddie and Lilo. After service was completed, Jordan explained what was done. All staff members are always polite, helpful and well versed in their job.

When you have bad roads like we do in Honolulu, it's good to have Lex Brodie! I had to get new tires due to tire damage, and they were super helpful. They came in at a competitive price, with a superior level of service, and again I am a happy customer of theirs.
