Maile Otis and Jim Baldauf provided excellent service. Maile checked my car in. She explained the services that my car required and explained the charges line by line, giving me all the discounts that I am eligible for. Jim helped me when I picked up my car. As always, Jim provided excellent service. I asked that air be put in my tires and he did it himself. Here's more... I was reimbursed for my Uber ride to go to the nearest mall AND, since auto parts had to be ordered, I was provided a rental car at no cost to me for two days. That was AWESOME and extremely helpful. I was able to attend to my job because of the car rental. I am very grateful. Thanks for the great experience, Maile and Jim.

Great service!

I was concerned about a noise I heard & called the next morning to Lex Brodie. I was offered an appoint that morning, which coincided with an appointment I had downtown. I dropped off my car & elected to walk instead of use their shuttle service. They kept me informed of what they were doing, calling me several times. Ultimately, they couldn’t locate any real problem, but I was very satisfied knowing it was looked at thoroughly.

Marcello was very helpful and courteous. I made an appointment and the service was quick. I've been a customer for many years. The only criticism I have is that I didn't have someone come up to me to explain the findings of what they discovered with what happened to my tire. To show me why it wasn't repairable. I remembered that you guys used to always do that for the customers. That's what I remember. It's good to have follow through. Don't lose that. Customer service is so non-existent these days. It's the only thing that can set you apart from the rest of the other businesses.

Kyle is always extremely helpful, efficient and the team does a great speedy job and good customer service! I enjoy bringing my cars here for service as I am never disappointed. They get them in and out quickly!!
