quick and efficient service

This is my first time getting a safety check from Lex Brodie's. I didn't have an appointment, but was told I could walk-in and wait. I don't know when most service stations stopped doing safety checks on weekends or without appointments, so finding one that will on a Saturday seemed worth the wait. Upon arrival I was greeted and it was a fast process for Lex Brodie's to collect the car's information. There is an air conditioned waiting room with complementary coffee, a TV, and free WiFi. There are also vending machines and restrooms. Nothing fancy, but much more than what a gas station would offer. Without an appointment I was at Lex Brodie's for just over 35 minutes. Long enough to write this review and to watch the UH men's volleyball team lose the third set to Long Beach.

I just got some Awesome service from Steven at Waipahu Lex Brodie’s. My 4 tires had to be ordered from the Mainland. They came in 4 days early!! Then my Mount, balance, alignment was supposed to be 2 hours. They did it in 1 hour and 15 min!! Awesome service!!! I would recommend them to anyone!!! Thank you Very much!!! Lol. That’s what Lex would say...

I have been doing business with Lex Brodie’s since 1972. I have never had a bad experience with them. This trip was just for an oil change and safety check. As usual they exceeded my expectations. I recommend getting an appointment online ahead of your visit. ( it will get you a small reward). Even when they are very busy the staff is courteous and caring.
