Everyone I spoke with at Lex Brodie's was so very friendly, especially my service rep Maile. When I told her I wasn't able to have repairs done the same day she didn't treat it like a problem or inconvenience (like I thought it may have been) and cheerfully scheduled me for a date and time that worked for my husband and I. I'll be back to Lex Brodie's for sure! Mahalo Maile.

Great service helping me get new tires for my car. Just came off not passing a safety check and there were a number of issues that were occupying my thoughts and I must say the staff was most helpful in taking care of the tire issue. Sorry don't remember the name of the gentleman who helped me at the desk but he certainly deserves credit for lunch! Thanks again for being a great place!

I've only used your service once before for tires. This second visit was more than satisfactory. The Go-Between advisor was knowledgeable, friendly, and very accommodating in providing good service. I will definitely visit Lex Brodie again for auto service. What I liked and especially noticed was the no pressure to do this, to do that, etc., by the service advisor...if you know what I mean. In other words, you didn't take advantage of an ol' fart by taking him to the cleaners. I'm glad you didn't, because I have been taken advantage of, and the Servicer had the Riot Act read to him.
