Great service as always. Made an appointment on line the day before. Came in, and they was done before I could finish reading the complimentary morning paper. Staff was professional courteous and waiting room was clean and comfortable. I’ve come here for tires as well as brakes and safety check.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. You will have to wait for a bit to check in as they are very busy but not so long that you feel unwelcome. They were able to fix a leak that was undetectable and thus not fixed. So hats off to these guys for one finding the leak and two for fixing it once and for all. I like how Maile Otis gave me her business card and made it known that she would be my personal contact for my tire. Great service.

The new tire I purchased last Friday was low on Wednesday. The short brown-skinned girl said it was a sensor problem. 1 hour after I left the shop, the sensor showed the new tire low. I took it back today. The nice man who did the work said that there was a slow leak in the tire. They are selling defective tires! The man patched the leak. I phoned the manager to complain and he stonewalled. My business is small, but I'm not going to Lex Brodie's again.

I walked in without a reservation. Your manager met me on the way in. She was a good listener to my questions and knew her stuff. While I can't say I like replacing a damaged tire, she made it as painless as possible. If it happens again, I'll be back.

Awesomely fast turnaround and very friendly helpful staff. They squeezed me in after work at 5PM, multiple times, and had my vehicles out with either tire patches or new tires as needed, very quickly. No more of that Firestone nonsense of it taking hours and hours even with an appointment to have your car even looked at.

Great Service, staff is friendly and professional. Many things that they do are done to make your vehicle run the best that it can and save you money. It isn't always about what they can make.
