My car's brakes went out and I was fortunate enough to get Marcel (sp) to help me. He diagnosed the problems in a few minutes and went and obtained the parts. My car was finished ahead of schedule. They are very professional, kind, and patient.

There was this grinding sound that occurs coming from park position and then driving off, and I couldn't figure out what it is. Bring that the car is only one week old with me, I'm not familiar with its sounds yet. I took it to LB and one of their mechanics went with me to test drive it. He said it was weird. So they racked up my car and checked, found nothing. They charged me nothing! Wow! (Btw, I think it's just my car's fender. Something is loose so I can try take care of that myself)

I’m so glad that I can rely on the girls that work at the PEARLRIDGE location. When they moved Lei to another location I was unsure we would get the same service. Chelsea and Mandy always have happy 100% service with a smile. It’s important that they are familiar with their clients and what their needs are. Chelsea is especially sweet and is always concerned and comissorates with the needs of my car and is very fimilar with my wife and myself. I wouldn’t dream of taking my car to anyone else!
