I had prearranged appointment for a AAA inspection through Cooper on the phone for 9:30 am. I checked in my vehicle before my schedule appointment time. I was informed that my vehicle would be ready by noon or earlier. I found that not to be the case. I came back before noon, and found out that my vehicle was not even in the cue to be serviced. I was told it will be put in the cue ASAP. I went to the waiting room, and after 40 minutes, went out to check with Maile about the status. I found my car was still was not in the cue. I was told my vehicle will not be ready by noon. She put my vehicle in the cue this time, after I asked about status. I was informed it would take about one hour or 90 minutes to complete at the most. I was called in about minutes that it was ready now (after I had already left based on the one hour / 90 minutes quoted). What can I do in the future since I had to manage my own vehicle status? Why would something that only took 20 minutes to complete take so long to complete? I am very disappointed at the service from Lex Broodie. Please advise what should I have done or have to do in the future?
