As usual, 5 star service from 5 star company. Brought my truck into Queen St location to get new battery. Was promised 2 hours but delivered in 1 hour. Got 10% off but could have gotten another 10 bucks off if I booked online. Even filled 35 psi air in my 4 tires. Warranty explained to me well. Great job Lex Brodie's!!

After a puncture caused a slow leak, I had to get to work finding a repair place. New to Hawaii, I checked the Honolulu area on Yelp and BBB and found so many good, informative Yelp reviews then asked family and friends who agreed that your reputation was legit!! I called and came in the next day, knowing that I’d be catching up on magazines in the service lounge for the two hours or so stated. No problem.. they were friendly and even though it went over the time, everyone was busy and it was all hands on deck!! I’ll be back for any future repairs, for sure! Thanks you guys...

I came without an appointment and arrived an hour before they closed. The staff was very quick, knowledgeable, and gave me a good deal on two tires and an alignment. Always had a great experience with their Waipahu location; glad to see that the Honolulu location is as great!

In August 2018 I had my radiator replaced. Unfortunately, in March 2019 the radiator sprung a leak. Fortunately, the initial radiator replacement was done at Lex Brodie's so getting it fixed was quick and easy with no hassles. I really appreciate the staff at the Queen Street location! They are always friendly and helpful no matter how hectic it gets at their shop.

We asked for a simple leak to be fixed and you came back with an outrageous quote of over $2000.00, saying everything needed to be replaced. When infact , it was only a simple leak , you take advantage of people.. you cheat them out of their hard earned money , just like the rest of this island you are corrupt..

What can I say that I've not said before... If you're looking for an honest, reliable, friendly and convenient car servicing and repair facility, try Lex Brodies; you can even make an appointment online! Seems as if they're located everywhere; I now mainly use the shop at Pearlridge but in the past have also used their downtown Queen Street and Waipahu shops... the quality of their service has always been top notch! I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. For me they've taken the "stress factor" out of car repair because of their honesty.

Kevin was a huge help in getting me in and out quickly and easily! Will be back when I need tires!!!
