Had my safety check was very professionally done. I needed a side marker light changed that would have taken 2 hours to do on my type of vehicle. They got it done in far less time. They could have just kept the car for 2 hours and charged me the labor but instead I was out in 45 minutes and charged far less than I expected. The secret here and the reason for the review is I had actually stopped somewhere else and they wanted to keep my car the whole morning. Then I remembered this shop where I usually get everything else done and decided to stop by. The take away is dont bother going anywhere else - just come here.

Everyone I spoke to was fantastic and made me feel like a valued customer. I had already called several different places, explaining I had a slow leak in my front right tire, and all 3 places said, it's late Friday afternoon and to call back on Monday. I called Lex Brodie's and was happily surprised to hear come on in and will have a look! From the time I called, I was in and out in less than 45mins, and that included 15 min drive time. One thing for sure, Lex Brodie won't be my 4th call...it will be my 1st call!!!!

I have been a customer of Lex Brodie's ever since Lex himself opened his business there. We lost a good man, but as I continue to go there for tires, repairs and service in general, they have a wonderful staff at the Queen St. outlet, and in particular "Jim", who is my go to man and has always served me with the utmost service and courtesy. The people at Lex Brodie were awesome. Very friendly!! I bought 4 new tires and had an alignment. Service was fast and the price was good. I'd diffinatly will go there again!
