I'm a repeat customer due to good services and products. However; not pleased with a radiator/thermostat replacement this past week. I drove it home about 2 miles with no issue. I then started my way to work when the engine got hot and started making noises. After pulling over, letting it cool, it was determined that there was no water in the radiator. I've since topped it off and have driven all week with no further issues. I'm very disappointed they didn't fill my radiator after replacement although they charge $80 for coolant. Poor service this time.

Thanks to Jordan at the Pearlridge store for his great customer service. I was in a bind to replace 4 tires on father's G-35 to complete a safety inspection. He was able to quickly find the right size and have them installed. I was able to return to the safety check station in the afternoon to reverse the failed safety check for unsafe tires. Mahalo to Lex Broodie's for saving the day for me.
