I can always count on Lex Brodies for immediate, yet superb service, and a job well done. I had a remainder to get oil change and tired aligned. I booked an appointment ahead of time and was seen immediately when I arrived. The customer service was spot-on and friendly, and the prices were appropriate. I would highly recommend the Honolulu branch of Lex Brodie's to friends and family.

Just got my brakes done. Stupid me, went to another place first, but while there remembered that Lex also does Brakes, drove over, was helped by Taylor who was very supportive, having Jim assist me, and then getting an estimate, which was below what that other place (JL) was wanting. They also accommodated me, with getting it right into the shop, long story short, I was a walk-in, got an estimate, as well as work done with lifetime warranty as well as able to use the special they were running, the Yelp discount and even the wear a University of Hawaii discount. Ok, gettin brakes done ain't cheap, but for quality passionate, quick and efficient service, Lex B's is da bessus!!!

Although helpful as I was there the staff had promised to send my request for a quote for any recommended services to me via email. Since then, a few days gone by no email. So I had submit a second request via email to follow up on the quote im still waiting for.. no response or conviction behind their promises. I was really looking forward to fixing my car problems there and soon. Unfortunately, I still have no quote as to what I'm really dealing with.

I just visited the Queen street shop for the 6-month follow-up service - tire rotation, balance and alignment check. The crew was busy, but fit me in without an appointment, without hassle or delay - picked the car back up later, no charge and a great staff.
