It took over 2 hours for an oil change and a tire rotation, and I had an appointment. However, I received $13 off because of coupons so that's a plus!

Took my car in for brakes, tire rotation, and safety check. Check in was painless. They quickly assisted me and had me on my way to do errands as changing brakes takes about 1/2 a day. After one hour, called me to let me know that my brakes still had pads, so changing my brake pads was not needed. They still rotated my tires, cleaned and shined them up and completed the safety check for me. I'm stoked to have awesome looking tires on my extremely dirty car. So now, I have to clean my car to match :-) Honest and friendly. I will go here from now on.

I'm a first time user of your safety inspection service. I appreciate both the adequacy of your staffing strength and the professionalism of your service staff. Although the service took longer than I had anticipated, there was a fairly comfortable waiting area for customers until the job was completed. I'm not sure whether the room was equipped with wifi, but it'd be a nice benefit for customers to get work done while waiting.

Amazing customer service!

I believe (Cooper?) helped me out. Getting my car checked in was fast and easy to check my tires. I live Down the road so I walked back home. They called me saying there was a piece of metal in my tire and could not be patched. So we switched out the tire for $350-$380? I believe. Don't know if this is expensive or not but I believe that it maybe cheaper than the Lexus service department! Regardless it was quick and easy and I got my car back within a few hours!
