I brought in my car on Tuesday, 4-4-17 for your complementary tire rotation and also had my safety check done. Waited in the customer lounge room. Everything went well from the checking in at the service desk to driving off the lot. "Thank You Very Much Lex Brodies".

Had safety check, tire rotation, and oil change. Staff processed my order without an appointment, scheduled the work for that day, promised work complete by 4:00p, and sent my on my way within 30 minutes of pulling up. I called at 4:30p and my car was done, walked over, and they processed my payment very quickly. Overall this was a very easy painless transactions. I like the sticker reminders on the windshield telling me when to rotate my tires and do the safety check.

It would have been impossible to have completed a safety inspection in less time and more efficiently. Incredibly convenient service!

I got my 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan serviced here two weeks ago for wheel alignment. It was the second visit for the wheel alignment since January this year. They said the brake pads and rotors in the front need replaced and gave me a quote for about $530. In the meantime, they broke one of the wheel stud or lugnut stud and told me that needs to be replaced. But I have to pay for it, not them?! In my world, if you brake something you fix it at your own cost. In Lex Brodie's world the customer pays. I remember reading about Mr.Brodie and his great business philosophy while at the shop, I thought I could trust them. In the end, it's not a big deal as it is something I can fix on my own. But I was disappointed in their handling of this issue.
