Very happy with my experience. Pulled up to service line at 6:45am expecting to wait for you folks to open. Jim immediately came out to assist me. Told him I needed 2 tires and an alignment. Showed me what was available in tires for my vehicle. He didn't try to sell me on most expensive tire which was very appreciated. I was on my way to work before 7 am. When I received a call at 7:48a I assumed they found a problem with my vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised when she told me my vehicle was ready for pick up. Not sure if this is normal MO or maybe because it was two days after Christmas but I was a very happy customer. Thank you very much.

Always greeted with Aloha, nice, friendly staff. The wait area is good but get kind of warm when full. Thanks for the courtesy coffee and the TV although the programs could be more entertaining. I did not have an appointment but the service was completed in good time, it was like I did have a schedule time. The staffs expertise in customer service is 👍🏾 "spot on" till the time of completion and keys are in my hands. The email "Thank You- Very Much" outstanding. Y'all are doing a great job. Great experience! Tire selection and appointment date was done on line. The process took less than 10 minutes. Dropped my car off at 7am and the tires and alignment were completed by 8am. The sales gentleman that helped me check in was very kind and friendly! Will buy all my tires from Lex Brodies!

I had an appointment, and it still took an hour and a half to get a safety check. Last time it took three hours to get new tires. But the staff are friendly...

The staff is so friendly and professional. Their service is consistently so. Also, since I purchased my tires from Lex Brodie's, they check/repair my flat tire at no charge. Lex brodie's makes dealing with a flat tire as painless as possible---I don't feel hu-hu when I do get one!

Sales person, Vachelle, tried hard, but my budget was too far under the estimate so I could not fix my vehicle at this time. Technician, Vince, explained what part should be replaced for Preventive Maintenance. The service was very good, but I could not fix for my budget at this time.
