Second review for my second time back, this time with a thorny cooling issue. The mechanic's notes were spot on, showing evidence for and against a potential leak, and the shop has patiently waited for me to work with a third party to determine which parts might be under warranty. So glad to have found a place that makes such an effort to look out for their customers.

My car was towed to Lex Brodies at the Honolulu site with a flat tire. Jim was the employee that assisted me. He was incredibly helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and patient. I would return to this service center having received such quality service. Thank you Jim!

Another poaitive service experience last week at Led Brodie's in Honolulu! The job was more complex (and costly) than anticipated, but the service person Vachelle is THE BOMB and goes out of her way to take great care of every customer. She even got me a rental car so I could complete last minute errands that I needed to do. Will continue to take my cars to Lex Brodie's Honolulu for tires and service!
