I ran over a nail a few months ago and recently the temporary patch wore off. I called if they could accommodate me the next day to get a permanent patch and they said I could come now if I wanted to. No need to make an appointment. I was thrilled and brought in my car the same day to Lex Brodie's, which was conveniently located nearby my home. As soon as I arrived I was immediately greeted and they took care of everything. The wait room was comfortable and I was in there for about an hour and a half until the tire was fixed. The customer service was great as the staff were friendly and helpful. I love how accommodating they were. This was my first time here and it won't be my last. This is the spot to take care of my car's needs!

Brought car in for front brakes squeeking.Tech checked and measured brake pads.Pads and rotors at 10mm brand new.My pads were 7mm and has lots of life. Lex Brodies didn't try to get over on me and make money.Cleaned dirt and dust for me while checking my brakes.Awsome,honest,professional service. Much Mahalo Dwayne Medeiros

Very patient and very knowledgable employees for every question I had for my 2011 Grand Jeep. I came here for a brake job because of over 72,000 mileage.

Exceptional service, quality work, competitively priced. I stopped by late Saturday afternoon to inquire about brake work for my Camry, and Ben politely answered my questions and offered next day service (SUNDAY!!) which was a wondrous surprise! All 4 brakes were provided with new pads and rotors, and my car was ready for pick up late Sunday afternoon. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LEX BRODIE, and I will surely be back. Thanks, Ben!

Expensive and a ton of hidden fees. Make sure you get an estimate before you actually have any work done. They'll try to tack on some sneaky little chargers here and there just to nickel and dime you. $25 tire installation and an $8 valve package? wtf? When I went in for a safety check they required two new tires (not necessary). They pretended that they weren't under warranty but they were (claimed a clerical error). When I went in a week later, they tell me I have a single light out, but waited to tell me until the $130 estimate. They also wouldn't give me a temp safety. They are borderline criminal. Go to firestone or Goodyear instead. Both are within walking distance.
