SATISFACTION AS USUAL THANKS GUYS

Went in for a safety check without an appointment. Everyone was very friendly & professional. I walked to the mall, a short 5 minute walk to kill some time. Got some food and walked around for about 30min and then got a text from Lex Brodie's. The text had a hyper link to all the details of the car inspection with pictures. After I paid, my car was pointing out of the shop ready to go with the safety sticker already on the car and paper mats on the ground for when the mechanic was driving.

I came in looking for a affordable single tire. Gerrard helped get a good tire at a great price. I had my tire mounted,balanced and out the door in 25 minutes! They were busy too! I'll be back!

I've been a happy customer ever since the Kaneohe location opened. The staff is always friendly and never condescending. It's easy to schedule an appointment and even when I've needed emergency repairs, they were very accommodating. They do quality work at a fair price. I would highly recommend Lex Brodie Kaneohe to anyone.

I tell you what, the entire crew at the Kaneohe location ROCK!!! I've been coming to Lex Brodie since I PCS'd on island Jan 17, because Nissan is a train-wreck with their service and pricing my GAWD!!! When we found Lex Brodie's favor was on our side, I come to this one for almost everything my car needs, and they have done nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL when I show up with my many issues! Oh and that guy Jared happens to be my Bredrin from another tribe lol!!! I always feel welcomed not to mention safe when I come there. They answer everything I throw at them with the best exact knowledge & simplicity no hesitation nor inaccuracy when replying verbally or showing me in detail what is happening with my vehicle and I mean in detail lol I get my hands dirty gotta love hands on learning! They treat me like family and I them. The pricing is super awesome compared to most places, service is quick yet accurate, parts don't take forever to arrive, and I trust my car in their hands...without a doubt!!! I had my safety check done at Lex Brodie's and the service was so outstanding I plan to have other services done by Lex Brodie's. They got me in right away. Although they said to allow 1 hour, they completed the service in about 25 minutes. I had one light out and the mechanic replaced it at less-than 1/2 the cost of my dealership. Quick, efficient, less expensive; Mahalo!
