Wow! First - Brodies was the ONLY PLACE to tell me that even only one tire was damaged, replacing one tire only could be dangerous. (Is that a ploy to sell more, I wondered? Nope - did research and they were correct.) Thank you very much LexBrodies for your concern for my safety. That is a BIG PLUS! Then, they were SO POLITE when I took my car in. The waiting area for customers is pleasant, with free has coffee and TV on, but not blaring obnoxious stuff I don't want to watch. They worked quickly, rotated my tires as needed. And another bonus, is I can earn Hawaiian Airlines point for purchases at Brodies. Thank you very much!

Friendly, helpful, and caring customer service that always comes with a smile! I used their online appointment system to order new tires. On the day of the appointment, check-in was quick and very pleasant. They installed and aligned four tires for me within an hour, and I was soon on my way. Very pleased with these new tires and their excellent service! (My Service Provider was “CS”.)

Jonah was amazing! I called in just before they closed with a flat and they allowed me to come in after being denied by the near by competitor (not to mention names but they are near Safeway across from windward mall). They found two nails and had me on my way! Saved my day since I have a far drive home. Customer service was outstanding and will definitely recommend to anyone. After receiving excellent service getting my safety inspection from Kyle, I opted to purchase my tires from Lex Brodies for the first time. I was fortunate to receive Kyle's help again. He was courteous, patient, very professional and I did not feel pressured at any time. I would highly recommend Kaneohe's Lex Brodie.

Once again Lex Brodie's has exceeded expectations. After nearly a month of trying to make an appointment with my dealership for an oil change (which was free by the way), I finally called Lex Brodie's and they took me on the spot!
