I had some serious work done on my 90s vintage Ford Ranger (complete brake job, wheel bearings, radiator & hoses, and differential). Outstanding value at a great price! I opted for the lifetime warranty because my last truck had it and Lex redid the brakes 3 times (no charge) before my Sport Trac had a catastrophic engineering causualty at 280,000+ miles.. i’m a believer in Lex Brodie - they've been taking care of all my cars (jeep, ford truck, camry, Etc) over two decades. Freddie and Chelsea are amazing, will answer all your questions and get your auto fixed!! When i picked up my Ranger, it was tight, no noise, and I was surprised at its handling bb and braking!!Awesome work!! Thank you Lex Brodie...

Well, here I am again needing the services of Lex Brodie's! As usual, they met and exceeded my expectations. Today, I had a mishap on the freeway that required me to get a brand new tire. While waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, I noticed how well they kept the lobby area sanitized. But, what really got me impressed was the integrity of the workers. You see, after waiting for my vehicle, I noticed I left cash on a money clip in the vehicle on the dash. It wasn't much, less than $50. The money was still in the vehicle!!! Not only that, the tire was less than I was quoted!!! Just add this to the list of why for generations, Lex Brodie's has been a part of my family!

I was so impressed with the service at Lex Brodie's! I usually avoid other tire companies besides Sam's club only because I thought the prices would be way more expensive, but the bill was actually cheaper and the service was amazing! Let's start with the fact that it was 3pm and I was a walk-in customer. Since Lex Brodie's closed at 6pm, I was sure I needed to leave my car over night. Samson was the worker who helped me, and I just love how he went over and beyond to help me feel comfortable and walked me through everything before he did the job. He first ran a quote for two new tires and rotation, then he told me he should have it done in 2 hours. The lot looked packed, I didn't know how he could've done it, but he was so awesome! All the front desk workers were super helpful and so welcoming as well, I was thoroughly impressed with this place! I plan on coming back and being a regular customer here! Mahalo Lex Brodie's! Keep up the great work!

The lady that helped me was so nice. I was having a rough day. The topper was picking up a nail with my tire. Lol, i was in the area so i went there to get it taken care of. Great service, very positive staff. Love you guys. I only buy my tires from them.

Went in today to see if I could balance my wheels. They were able to squeeze me in as the last appt for the day. As soon as I entered I was greeted by Jack. It's hard to miss Jack, he's one big Samoan braddah. Jack was very professional and cool. He checked me in and got me taken cared of quickly! It only took 30 minutes to balance all 4 wheels! We've all been to places where none of the employees would greet us when we entered, nor would they even ask us for help. That is not the case here. Jack made contact with me right away and treated me like I was important. Out of the numerous times that I've been there, not once did I have a bad experience. Lex Brodie's has always provided me with Excellent Service every time! I gotta give props to whoever is hiring these people as they seem to know how to pick the right ones. Thanks again, Jack! You took care of me and I really appreciate it braddah!

Absolutely appalled by the service we got. We had an appointment to do oil change and have them look at the AC, we drop the car off around 9:45 AM for the 10 AM appointment. According to their online advertising the oil change was supposed to come with a AAA 38-point inspection, by 1 PM our car had barely just got the oil change done. No one called us to give us any updates we specifically asked for them to look for an oil leak and all they could say is yup it has an oil leak but could not say anything further about it. When we got there we told them it actually just had an oil change but figured since we need the oil looked at that it would be easier to do an oil change anyways- No one mentioned them being able to look at it without doing an oil change either way. When dropping it off the appointment if they knew it was going to take all day they could have simply told us that from the beginning. According to online there's offers for a rental cars or an Uber/Lyft to the mall or X miles, none of which they offered us as they stood and looked at my eight month pregnant self. When 1 PM rolled around we asked for an update and they said it was currently in the garage being looked at. We pointed to the car sitting in the lot where it's been sitting for the last hour not moving saying no it's not, and she was very confused bc When she "looked last" it was up on the rack. But yet we had watched it and it had never gone up on a rack to be inspected or anything. When we asked if anyone had even looked at it yet she said no it had only gotten an oil change because oil changes take three hours. Are you serious? We usually take our car to fast lube Because you can sit in the car and have the oil changed and a complete inspection done in less than 30 minutes for a better price. It's ridiculous for someone to look at us in the face and tell us that's not possible it takes a minimum of an hour to two hours for an oil change and for us to have taken three hours with no updates and to not even the complementary inspection that was offered is absolutely unacceptable. We will never be bringing any of our vehicles back here again just for the simple lack of consideration this company had. Editing to reply Of course your employees will "recall "telling us that's a longer service. They did not mention any time whatsoever until after three hours of a car just sitting there with no update.. We do not wish for any gift cards, I'm sorry your employees are painting a different story but today was ridiculous

Changing my review to 4 stars because of the level of care they have for their customers. Scott contacted me to make things right. Great customer service has to mean something nowadays where everything is digital and impersonal. Going to give them another try.
