The staff is extremely friendly, courteous, helpful and always responsive. If required, they communicate any changes or issues in a timely manner. Trust (spanning 5 years and 3 different cars) is earned and the team at Les Brodie - Pearlridge will not disappoint!!

Been twice, once for oil change and 5 tire rotation and the last was for a safety inspection. Dag-on COVID cancelled BOTH vehicle registration appointments so I'll have to go in again for an inspection. Lort. Anyways, all employees I interacted with were nice and welcoming. I have no complaints. Even though there is a closer location to my house, I'll keep going back to this one. Much appreciated! Especially since I just moved here from the mainland a few months ago.

Overall good customer service and gets the job done for competitive prices. I was there yesterday for a battery replacement. It took 2 days since they did not have a battery in stock (AAA didn't even carry) but they got the job done. I always go in for oil change. I purchased my tires there last time and always pretty surprised at their competitive pricing. One star off because customer service can vary depending on the lady but I understand, it might be because I know they can get very busy.

Today I had an appointment scheduled at 9AM. I brought my vehicle there and told them I would wait across the street at the mall and waited for someone to call me when the vehicle was ready. After waiting for 41/2 hours I called only to find out that my vehicle wasn’t ready. Needless to say I wasn’t very pleased because I had lots of things to do today. After calling a few times... someone picked up the phone which happened to be Chelsea. I had worked with Chelsea in the past and she was so professional and sensitive to my situation and followed up Right away on what happened and explained the reason for the delay. All I can say is I’ve been a loyal customer of Lex Brodie’s from the early 80’s and it’s people like Chelsea who keeps me coming back. She is such an asset to Lex Brodie’s and I wish everyone would follow her lead in providing exceptional customer service! Thank you Chelsea!

Brought my Mini Cooper to the dealership and was given some ridiculous quote for tires and brakes. According to them my brakes are almost gone, I won't pass inspection, etc. I thanked them for their time and brought it here to Lex Brody for a second opinion and guess what? Turns out I don't need new brakes at all! They took the Mini in for a FREE brake check, lifted it and inspected it and told me my brakes are fine. Saved me $800 bucks.

This has been my go to for all car service everything. The service is always on point, everyone is always friendly and willing to help. Basic oil change, tire rotation, brake replacement, they'll do it all for reasonably priced and the turnover is usually the same day. Love these guys.

Most people leave reviews about their car repairs, the prices or waiting areas. I want to talk about the quality of people they hire. Jack Belford at Pearlridge went above and beyond. He took me out of the problem and into solutions. I went in there crying and he treated me with a compassionate smile. This big guy was so kind. By the time I left, I was smiling and joking around with him. Thanks Jack! And Thank you very much, Lex Brodie‘s! I hope you give him a raise!

Paid 30 dollars to get my tpms sensor programmed. They weren't able to do it, they wouldn't even give me an option for a refund. I usually go there to get my tires changed but I think I'll do my business else where from now on.

Went for scheduled alignment/rotation. One of your machines broke down and I was not given a chance to reschedule appointment; was not even told machine went down. Sat there for over 4 hours. Very disappointing.
