Brought car in for a tire repair at 2PM. Was back on the road in one half hour! Very professional and speedy service, and Staff was very friendly.

Fast, friendly & efficient service and great prices. My dad & I have been coming here since the early 70s- that's around 50 years - Long before the Internet but way after the Caveman- hehe! The management, technology & procedures have changed over those years but the customer service I received has always remained great. Today, I was assisted by salesperson "KOA" (that's what it says on the invoice- I'm bad at names). She got great customer service skills. Everything was pretty quick because I did a lot of the preliminary stuff in advance (highly recommended). I got the Online Estimate and made my Appointment Time online at lexbrodies.com . This process provided them with my contact info, tire size needed, alignment request, new TPMS sensor request, and also allowed me to print out their discount coupons, as well as enroll in the Lex Brodie's Rewards points program (where I opted for Hawaiian Airline Mileage) so this saved lots of time at the counter. Side note: I needed my Customer ID number to enroll in their Rewards program so I emailed them with a copy of an old invoice and got a quick reply from Scott Williams with that info. Lex Brodie's also does price matching with Costco & Sams Club so I printed out the competing prices to bring with me. While I was there, KOA did a quick calculation with their current discounts and found Lex Brodie's beat Sams Club prices! She also let me know in advance that they won't charge for wheel alignment if it didn't need it. They called me to let me know when my truck was done. It took only 2 hours to replace 4 tires including installing the new tire pressure sensors in each wheel and programming them and then doing the wheel alignment. That's way faster than the dealerships that usually take a good part of the day. Tip: Bring your bicycle like I did so you can have transportation and get some exercise in the fresh air while waiting especially during these covid times. One last Tip: Costco & Sams Club don't offer wheel alignment! When buying new tires, it's a really, really good idea to get wheel alignment or else your brand new tires could wear out prematurely or have weird tread wear. So it's really convenient to get tires and wheel alignment all in one place at Lex Brodie's. Look no further, this is the place to get your tires!

Appointment scheduled at 8 am for safety check. Waited 1.5 hours. Too long.

I wanted to say first and foremost, the service was excellent when we called and inquired about patching a tire because of a nail puncture. Once we got there by appointment, the car was worked on it was completed a little over an hour. After patching , we were told that it should last us for the remaining life of the tire. Our tire was not bald or in bad shape. Otherwise they have recommended for a tire replacement. The car is not used as often since my husband works only 10 minutes away. The patched tire blew out on freeway on us. I was more disappointed because it was just fixed. The matter of fact, it blew out in a week. I know for a fact patching tires actually should of lasted longer. It was a temporary fix but shouldn't have blown out that soon. Many possibilities to why the tire shredded on the freeway. The damage was done. I just wanted my experience. I am just glad that my whole family was safe, no other damages done and I was able to get them off the h3 freeway. Mood:
