Lex brodies has great customer service. I called to see if they could change my brake lights and the girl on the phone said yes and I could come right away. They fixed my lights within an hour and I was out the door. Thank you very much!

I like Lex Brodie's I really do. I used to go to the Kalihi and Queen st. locations when I lived in town. This location is really close to where I now live so I decided to get my services on my car done here. Just a simple safety check and synthetic oil change. I also requested to the the front desk to put more air in my tire since they I keep getting a low air pressure warning in the cold mornings (guess that wasn't part of the safety check). The oil change was good but I arrived to pick up my car about an hour since they told me it's ready, and it was left in the gas station bay with the all the windows down and the keys left in the center console. I express this with the guy helping me and they said it's typical to leave the windows down during safety checks. Implicating basically that they leave your car open for anyone to grab things from inside your car. Or worse steal the car and leave. And that's okay to do. Anyway I check to make sure everything in my car is still there and there wasn't anything missing in my initial check. Guess I got lucky there. Also they didn't put air in my tires as I requested. Hopefully this is an isolated incident and the tech got inundated with work. I may just sit in the lounge next time so I can watch my car but that defeats the convenience of their drop off and pick up service. I'll have to think about this next time I need my car serviced. At least next time there's options within the area. Lesson learned I'll inquire if they put your keys in a lock closet. I know the Kalihi Lex Brodie's location did

If this was based on my prior in shop experience it would be 5 stars. It's not. This is based on the response I received when asking how long it would take to get 4 new tires and my front brakes done. The response was "If you was to drop it off first thing in the morning we could look at getting it done before the end of the day depending on part availability." Seriously? All day to do what should be a 3-4 hour job at most? And that's ONLY if the vehicle is dropped off when they first open and if they have the parts available with no guarantee it will actually be done the same day. Not one mention of making an appointment either, just a 'we could look at getting it done before the end of the day'. The reason I was asking in the first place was to figure out what time I should make an appointment for to get the work done before they close. FYI: There implication that they are #1 in the country is based on a one time vote in 2016 in Tire Review which is a a tire trade magazine. They won one time and aren't mentioned either before or after even as contenders. How many people do you know actually care about an industry specific magazines ratings? Not many, probably, and yet the PR people at LB's are milking this five year old achievement as if it keeps occurring. UPDATE: Mahalo for your rapid reply. At least now I have a much better explanation than what I was initially told.

Brought my car in for alignment and patch a tire. Paperwork says all puncture repairs with the tire dismounted from the rim. Repair will be performed by sealing the puncture as well as the inner liner of the tire. They didn’t dismount the tire just plugged it from the outside also found a staple stuck in the tire next to the plug. ZERO STARS.

If I could give them 0 I would. They left our keys in our truck. Our truck was stolen off their property and their Insurance didn’t do anything about it. Horrible service… didn’t notify us until 4 days after our truck was stolen… auwē!!!

I went in for two new rear tires and a front end alignment check. They moved the old rear tires to the front. I had a 9 am appointment it took three and a half hours! They did not check the balance of the old rear tires when they moved them to the front. So on my way home the front end started shaking badly. I called and they told me to bring it back. When I got there they told me I needed to wait until the end of the day 2 1/2 more hours. It was finished before that but they didn’t bother to call me. Lex Brodie? Is it that the definition of incompetence. I believe it is. Lex you owe me a day of my life and you will neva waste my time again.

Lex Brodie staff at Waipahu are very family oriented bunch of local folks. They take very good care of customers and there need. I highly recommend this location for any car service or repair. They offer military discount and life time warranty for there services. I am blessed to have them close to my residence. Mahalo

The service here is amazing and I love how they are open on the weekend. When I dropped off my car this morning, I witness a customer complaint and the guy name Jordan I believe assisted the old man, he was really professional in explaining what is going on with his tires. The old man was reluctant and refuse to take the worker’s response but the worker stayed calmed and reexplained what happened. Everything turned out great in the end. This is my first time going to Lex Brodies and I didn’t have to wait long. Service was fantastic and very quick turn around. I would come here again in the future.
