I left a message on the company's voicemail and didn't get a call back so I tried again. Once I got someone on the line I was able to get the information I needed and got my tire fixed. It was a little bit of a wait (not many cars on the lot so I guess they were short staffed). The ladies up front were pleasant and helpful.

I took my truck in on Saturday for additional service concerning my brakes pulsating slightly when I brake but just the same, it was a concern. I had received excellent service and glad I did that because my truck was going to be painted 3 days later and I wanted it repaired before I turned it in. As I was driving to town to drop off my truck on tuesday, my niece who was following me had called me on my cell to inform me that my brake lights were not going off so I called Lex Brodies in Waipahu to let them know about what was going on and that I was on my way to drop off my truck for painting but won't be getting it back for a minimum of two weeks and wanted them to know that I would bring it in after I get the truck back. I was on a waiting list for 3 months to get my truck painted but an opening became available and I did not want to miss my opportunity. Your representative who answered the phone and I should have asked for her name, had advised me to turn around and bring the truck back. She had mentioned that if I did drop it off, the battery may get drained so I did bring the truck back to the shop. I was told that it may be an easy fix and that a brake stopper will need to be replaced. I had explained to the team there of my dilemma of needing to get my truck to the paint shop before the day ends. Later I got a call from Lex Brodies. Apparently the last person who possibly tried to repair the issue, had glued a penny in the hole area, I think behind the brake pad. Now I am not a mechanic, but that seems like the job was done by a, what we call here in Hawaii, "a broke mechanic" lol. Anyway, a part was needed to be ordered and it would not arrive until later in the afternoon so I had contact the painter for my truck and had let him know what had occurred. He told me that he would wait at the shop till 7pm for me and that was perfect. So my case at Lex Brodies was handled by Kianna and she was amazing and understanding like all the workers there at Lex Brodies. Long story short, or should I say, lets end this long story lol. All turned out perfectly. My truck was dropped off in time and I just wanted to say, Thank You Thank You Thank You.......I'm so thankful that my niece had referred me to your company. I have both my car and truck being serviced here and am already letting everyone that surrounds me know of the awesome experience and service that has been provided by Lex Brodies. I got a nail in my tire and brought in for service. The team reviewed my tire conditions and provided recommendations. I knew my tires were worn but I didn't realize how bad they were. The team identified tire options and provide me the best price possible. What I appreciates were the communication on the car status, tire delivery time and installation of my tires. The best part of buying from Lex Brodie's is the TIRE expertise / experience they bring to all your tire needs, repairs, rotation, etc. I once had a leaking tire, brought to a warehouse center for repair and they couldn't figure it out. I brought to Lex Brodie's and they identified the small pin in my tire. I also was pleased to see the lady at the counter being so professional, friendly and remembering her working at Lex Brodie's for the past 30 years. Great to see Dedication by both the company and their employees. My family and I have been diehard Lex Brodie's customers for the past 40 to 50 years!

Drove from Mililani to Waipahu for safety check. Made appointment several weeks ago and though other shops started opening up for safety check, I kept mine. Fast friendly service and only waited 15 minutes then they were done. Have the 2 year wheel alignment here so decided to do safety check here as well.

Excellent customer service and service on both of my vehicles. I was referred by my niece and I had both my car and truck serviced on the same day. I'm impressed with the quality of service and reasonably priced. I have already referred two other family members.
