I called this morning (8/21/2019) to have my wehicle serviced and safety checked. They were very efficient and friendly upon checking in may have take about 5 minutes. A couple of hours later they called and texted me that my vehicle was completed. I would recommend them for excellant service and attitude.

Awesome. Scheduled my Safety Inspection the day prior. Next day I brought my truck in & was out of there in no time. Friendly associates.

Diagnose the problem right the first time. Finished the repair as estimated. Service is excellent start t finish. I recommend Lex Brodies as a repair shop for everybody.

Quick service and friendly employees. Waiting room was air conditioned and quiet.

Staff was very friendly and kept us updated on what was going on.

Excellent. The guys worked on my truck before my appointment. 🤙Got my safety sticker and was out of there before traffic got bad.

Always great service and was able to get my car tires rotated in a couple hours w no appt and back on my way.

The guys couldnt get my spare tire back in and decided to unload the bed of my car without asking and broke the onix top to my bar . Which I got quoted for to fix is $600. When I called to speak to the manager he hung up on me after refusing to fix the issue. After calling around I found out that wasnt the manager who knows who that guy was but after speakin to a manager he told me to email him a quote . He gave me a email address that was not even valid . I havent had the time or energy to fight with them over this . The customer service is absolute trash and its disappointing because I like the convenience of them and i got 3 tires from them already . O well . Im sure they dont care . Maybe if i find some extra time i can dig a lil deeper and contact someone who might actually care . But yea dont go here unless u want shitty customer service

You have an employee @ your Waipahu location that gave me excellent customer service today, her name is Leialoha Santos.
