The staff was extremely helpful and professional. They even advised us of other tire options that were a little cheaper than what we wanted. Basically letting us know that our type of car and usage will be fine with the cheaper tires. Mahalo to these gentlemen that made our visit easier and less stressful! Malo Malo Malo!

Did a great job, great service, office people very knowledgeable, finished on time.

Arrived late but staff just checked me in. Work done in reasonable time. However, I do have a question. As I drive about 4,000 miles/year I wonder how often I should do an oil change if synthetic oil is used. I asked around the time it was due but not even close to mileage, someone had Lex Brodie's told me to go by mileage and not to worry. When I asked yesterday as it has been over a year since the oil change was done, one of the workers suggested to use time as the rule of thumb. So my question is, which is it and why? If it is time, can it be longer than six months?

Great service, was able to get my car out early after a Safety Check...was surprise with level of service I received.

We couldn't have received better service! There was a problem locating the wheel lock on our car, and we started to panic a little because the treads on our tires were in need of urgent repair. Lex Brodie's went above and beyond to rectify the problem and had everything taken care of within a matter of two hours--maybe less. Will be doing business with them from now on!

I took my car here for a safety check. Kevin was super nice and got me signed in and on my way. They had it done much sooner than expected and called to let me know. When I arrived, the staff checking me out was super helpful and told me what I needed to do next. This being my first time, it was not like registering your car in CA. After getting my license plate and registration, I am back at Les Brodie to get my pass sticker and get my license plates put on. It's near closing time, but they got me in and taken care of with a smile. I really appreciate this level of service. I will be back here for their other services and will tell others of what great service they have.
