Just left Lex Brodies waipahu. Am very disappointed with Leimomi (I think that's her name). I was given a quote for two new tires of $324.59. Had them do it, only to find out because my alignment is off, the warranty does not apply. I feel she intentionally sold me these tires without informing me that the warranty would not be honored, after paying almost $325.00. She should have told me this when I first came in. It would have given me the option to continue on with this ir not. Would not suggest this person to help anyone. So dishonest.

Most of all, I appreciate your accessibility - both to knowledge & to service. I called the day before, got an appointment the next morning, picked up car that afternoon. The estimate for the repair was accurate, the service representative polite & informative, & my 15-year-old car hums like a baby. Another plus: all this could have been done online with very instructive "diagnostic" tools to help you get an idea of repair cost, appointment times, coupons, etc. I'm sending my whole family to Lex's, Kaneohe.

Took my daughter's car in to replace the brake pads. First, it was easy to get an appointment. Second, I thought their lifetime warranty package was a great deal. The cost was definitely less than what I would have paid at the dealership where I usually get the car serviced. Third, the staff are friendly and helpful. Fourth, the waiting area is great for those who need to work while waiting. The cubicles with power, WiFi password, and comfortable chair was an unexpected bonus. Fifth, extra HawaiianMiles for purchasing the lifetime warranty package was awesome, too.

My car recently broke down on the North Shore and had to be towed to a service station for repair. I ended up having it towed to Lex Brodie's in Waipahu since this is close to my residence. Despite having been brought in overnight (it was probably after 11:00 p.m. when my car was brought in, well after business hours), they were able to diagnose - and fix - my vehicle before COB the next day! I was elated, I truly thought I'd be ahead of the game if they could so much as take a look at my car once they had it, since I had no appointment, but they completed the work and had me back on the road by 5:00 p.m. the next day. To top it all off, it was even cheaper than I had expected (new alternator, so I was ready for a bill of around $600 or more). I would have no hesitation whatsoever about bringing my vehicles back to this Lex Brodie location in the future. Quick, professional, and friendly!
