It is always a pleasure to do business with Lex Brodie in Kaneohe. The whole staff there is always so courteous, friendly and professional. Ben was exceptionally good in helping us with our needs that day.

What a really great group of staff, who go above and beyond when explaining what needs to be done right away, compared to suggested repairs. And when I mentioned that my window was giving me troubles and that they shouldn't open it, they suggested they could have a look and see why. They found the problem and gave me a great line to getting it fixed which I will be returning to use Lex Brodie's to get it repaired as soon as I can. It's a blessing to find that I don't have to sit around waiting for my car to come back to me. I never knew that if I had to leave it all day, they would get me a loaner car. Not like I needed to drive all over the island, but it was such a fantastic perk to get to go back home and finish what I needed to get done there. Of course, it was a race to get the rental back before 5 pm when their place closed, and I was extremely happy that even though my ride back to LB's had left for the day, I was able to get a lift by a very considerate fellow from the rental company. I have a totally different opinion of this company now that I have used them twice in the past couple of months. I strongly suggest you check them out, you can always get a second opinion somewhere else... but give them a try.

They really don’t seem to want the business. Poor customer service from beginning to end. When can called the day before to confirm my appointment, they couldn’t find it in the system even though I had the email. When I arrived to drop off my car the worker made no eye contact, answered 3 phone calls while “helping” me, and just asked for my keys. I asked to review the services that were going to be done, and one was not listed. He explained that would add 2 hours to the service time. I asked for a phone call at the estimated end time, 3 hours later. 5 hours later, no call. So I called. At pickup he gave me the total I needed to pay. Again, didn’t review what was done.

Mandy was very helpful and friendly. Overall good service, fast and efficient.
