Poorly trained tech and irresponsible supervision. I took in my car because the brakes were making a grinding sound when I tried to stop. The tech took off the tires and reported all was well (4mm & 7mm on pads), but there was some rust on the rooters. After waiting for 2 hours on a Sunday, I was told by the supervisor that my brakes were fine, and that he didn't have anyone available to test drive it. I was reassured that I was not damaging the car due to the noise, it was just the rust. I could hardly stop the car without a grinding noise. I took the car to Lex's in Pearlridge, and they found the inside pad was rubbing on the rooter, and replaced the pads and turned the rooters. If I continued to drive, the rooter would have to be replaced, or I would have run into something.
