Needed two new front tires for my 2011 Tacoma and was able to drop off the truck in a matter of minutes thanks to the friendly customer service rep that checked me in. Mechanic gave me a couple of options on tires, without any attempt to up sell me. Went back to the office and within a few hours received a call that the truck was ready for pick up. Pick up process was handled just as quickly and friendly as the drop off. Very happy with the service and I will be a returning customer!

Customer service was great, especially Mandy. Went in on Thursday and asked to make an appointment for the next available time that they were not too busy because I would have to wait on the vehicle. Brought truck in for 12:00 appointment on Friday for tire rotation, balance and a sensor. Tires were not removed until 1:35 and total 2 hours 45 min later I get my truck back. Minus 1 star for the unreasonable time to begin work and minus 1 star for the uncomfortable wait area with fans blowing rubber smell on u for hours, migraine and rubber taste won't go away. Please hire someone with killer organizational and observation skills so that I can continue to support ur local business. The work on truck seems very good and employees are great, kick it up a notch on scheduling and wait environment to achieve 5 stars.

I was very pleased with how I was treated by my salesperson. I was also very pleased with my purchase disputed the fact that I spent $1000.00. What was terribly disappointing was that while in the Lex Brodie parking lot, I checked that there were 5 one dollar bills in mr cars coin container. Upon picking my car up, two dollars were missing. This is not a lot of money and I would have gladly given this as a tip. What's troubling is that it was taken without my permission thus questioning my trust in your company's employees. I immediately reported this to my salesperson who sincerely apologized and said he would have a talk with his employees. Rather than post this incident on social media, I trust that this issue will be handled appropriately. Perhaps having a "tip jar" would alleviate this issue rather than having your employees taking stuff from customers. I'm not seeking anything but would like to know that Lex Brodie's is taking this matter seriously. Thank you

Excellent customer service! Starting from Mgr Jordon, Marcello and Tatiana were great! They were very courteous and professional and cared about saving money! They go out of the way to help any way possibly they can! I will love to keep visiting them!
