Service advisor Chelsea truly exemplifies the Lex Brodies spirit I've grown to know and trust over the years. She has a big heart which really stands out and could be the model for all the rest. She appears to be a rookie, yet her positive attitude and ambition remains stable through tough challenges. As a result of my last visit, Chelsea has helped me save a bunch of money on my latest estimate which was considerable and without me asking, which I value greatly. I remain a loyal customer with Lex Brodies, and I value all who work there as i continue to receive the quality workmanship and trust that only Lex Brodies can deliver.

Had a appt to get a routine oil change and tire rotation. Next thing I'm leaving with brand new toyo tires and a refreshed sense of knowing my truck was taken care of is performing to standard. My sales person was Maile Otis and upon check-in to check-out displayed excellent customer service. She performed a quick throughl check of my truck and came across my tires not looking too good. I knew I had to change my back two tires (part of original 4 when I bought the truck brand new in 2006). She explained to me a tire rotation couldn't be done due to the ware of those two back tires. She then stated that she recommends changing all four tires and could give me a quote. We went over all my options and answered all my question completely. I decided to go with her recommendations. After waiting for a while (which was explained to me why they were backed up) I got my truck back after 3 1/2 hours. Upon check out the other women that assisted me with my bill was very helpful as well. Overall excellent customer service and recommend to anyone to come to lex Brodie's!!!

Good service and reasonable charge for replacing the front window motor of my 2003 Lexus ES 300.

Maile Otis was more than exceptional as she checked my truck thoroughly and came back and explained to me about my tires. I knew I had to change out my tires soon because I still had two tires from when I first bought my truck brand new in 2006. After giving me my options I decided to go with her recommendations after comparing certain brands. Maile was very knowledgeable and straightforward, no BS. Along being accommodating and assuring with the service I was getting, I knew I could leave there with confidence I made a good decision. Thanks again to Maile and the technicians that worked on my truck today. Overall great customer service!!!

Very helpful and fast service. Dropped my car off for a tire change, received a call within 20 minutes with options and prices of what kinds of tires I could use. All staff great customers with a smile.
