As I arrived I was greeted with a friendly smile, I didn`t get her name but she very professional, very polite, GOOD customer services. I had a safety check done in a very short amount of time I was on my way home (Not more than an hour) I`m even thinking about taking my truck to have my shocks done their.

I am a new member of the Lex Brodie's O'Hara. My first service there was outstanding. I am very pleased. Hopefully, from now on this will be the only place that I go for my car care.

Came in to have a nail removed from my flat tire. Customer service was extremely good. Seemed busy, but they got me off and on my way.

Service was timely, and I could wait comfortably in the lounge and have a cup of coffee. The service desk is always friendly and treats me like ohana. Very convenient location.

Very poor scheduling of work. I showed up on time for a 10:00 appointment to have the complimentary tire rotation, balance and alignment done for my tires. At 1:00 when I returned to get my car, it was still awaiting the alignment work in the parking lot! Staff explanation is that they were "overloaded." A lousy excuse for workload that was scheduled days in advance! In 3 hours all they got done was the tire balancing and rotation. If not for my complaining, they were content to let the car sit even longer. But, they "moved it up" after I pointed out how long it was taking.

The franchise is very professional and customer friendly. The prices are very reasonable. My experience with them are always great

I was a walk in on a Monday morning for a saftey check. I was told it would likely be an hour wait, which wasn't a problem for me. The staff was super efficient and I was out in less than 20 minutes and on with the rest of my day!

Great service from trustworthy people

Yesterday, Sunday 7/23/17 morning before 9a. I was the 6th person in line (I did not have an appt.) Each agent took time on listening to customers concern. My agent (Gina) was very pleasant, fast (checking in). My right front tire had a screw in it. I also asked to check all tires too. I am very happy with your products, customer service (agents) that has made me confident in trusting you, for serving and meeting my needs. Yea for the #1 "Lex Brodie". Thank you, God Bless.
