Dropped off vehicle at 7:30 am for a brake pad change. I called at 3 pm and lex brodie said the vehicle has not been touched yet because they are still doing yesterday's work. I needed the brake pads to be changed today. There was a price of around $339. I am going to pick the vehicle up and take it to Goodyear. Very disappointed.

my original tire order was canceled and it was revised by a new one. the tires that were installed were from the original order. the situation was brought to Lilo's attention and he was able to resolve the issue.

I would have giving a 5 star, only because I didn’t was service tire changers are careless with my lock lugs. Today I check lugs before I left and found my locks still on tire. Last service I did they lost one of my lock lug. Overall everyone was friendly!🤙🏼

Changed battery but asked for tire pressure top-off and it was done also. Thank you!

Lexbrodies provides excellent services with very fair charges, sometimes even no charges. I have been with Lexbrodies for many years for different services. I hardly compare service price with other’s because I know it gives the best. This time, my tire got a nail inside. I sent my car to the Lexbrodies to fill a hole. I thought the bill should be $100 above as we know how expensive labor costs are. But, they charged nothing for this service.

Quality and efficient service. My car was complete ahead of the quoted time.
