great job as usual. job done in a timely manner. hard to get am appointment on line, had to call location to schedule an am appointment.

I brought my vehicle in with no appointment about 45 minutes before closing. All the staff were amazing. They were able to repair my tire in no time.

As always, every single staff member at Lex Brodie makes you feel welcome and you always know they will do their best to get your repairs done fast, efficiently and always cost effectively. I used to hate going to get my car repaired as it inevitably led to a large dent in my credit card, but since discovering Lex Brodie's several years ago, I have never gone anywhere else. Thank you to everyone there for always making car repair and maintenance such a pleasurable experience.

Omg was I in a rut when my car had a large metal peice inside of it and i ended up with a flat! Before I came here I went to the shell around the corner to get enough air into the tires to drive here! But when I got here Maile- was the best and she made me feel so take care of. They offer mobile drop off since the line to do intake here takes a little long. There is a lot of parking and it is easily accessible. They texted me with updates and also called me multiple times. Great service!!

I went in yesterday after finding a screw in my tire. Got there right when they opened and they were able take me. The service writer (sorry I didn't get his name) found the screw and determined it went all the way through and was leaking. When they were done, I was pleasantly surprised when the cashier told me "there's no charge". Now that's customer service! Thank you Lex Brodie! You guys are awesome.

I needed my truck to be serviced and to check the a/c system (air was cool but not cold). I also asked them to check for other issues that may be a future problem. Kyle emailed me a copy. There were 2 issues that required immediate attention and 4 issues that require future attention. After talking to Kyle, he explained each issue and his recommendation based on my cost and safety issues. I had Kyle repair all 6 issues and the work was done on a timely manner and finished at the end of their work day. Also I brought my UH hat and they a discount on all the repair cost. (Heard this announcement at the UH mens Volleyball game). So far everything seems to be working ok.

I brought in my car with the intention of waiting for them to finish my servicing in 4 hours, but it was done in about an hour. Here I was ready to finish my book I've been trying to read for 10 years and now I have to wait another few years to finish because I was out and on the way home quick as a bunny ..... :D Great Job Lex Brodie's.
