When I arrived, I was helped immediately. Friendly, courteous service. Car was returned within the hour.

I don't think they did the full "AAA Multi-Point Inspection" as advertised. After getting the "Super Check Up Oil Change" on 4/15 at the Honolulu location, my wife drove me down to pick up my car and on the way home my wife let me know I had a tail light out, which I was not informed about by Lex Brodies and is part of their published "inspection". I don't really care about the light, but part of the reason I paid $120 was that I assumed they did the additional checks as advertised. Light is not that crucial, but other parts on the checklist are. Will likely just go with the cheapest discount oil change I can find going forward as I don't feel confident I am getting any additional value paying the premium.

Paid 600$ for 2 new bridgestone run flat tires including labor and alignment. They told me multiple times how the two new ones would go in the back and the 2 old ones would come to the front (obviously everyone knows this). This is even posted on a sign in front of their line. When I went to pick up my car I saw that my 2 old tires (pirellis) were in the back still... I brought this up to the mechanics and they argued amongst themselves blaming the salesperson when it should be common mechanics' knowledge and took it back to change the tires again. I didn't mind as Im a very patient and understanding person I waited an additional 20 minutes, though it's super inconvenient. However I ASSUMED they would realign the tires after they changed the 4 tires, pretty much common sense right?? I paid 170$ (something like that) for the alignment the least they can do is correct their mistakes. clearly they did not! When I started driving after a day we noticed a weird sound coming from the wheels and realized these guys didn't even bother to realign the tires!!! So we had to take another day off and bring it in. When we bring it in they give us a run around excuse about coming in a day when someone who can diagnose the issue can take a look at it.. MY WHEELS DID NOT MAKE THIS NOISE WHEN I BROUGHT MY CAR IN OR WHEN I PICKED IT UP. ONLY AFTER THEY ROTATED THE 4 TIRES AGAIN. Now they wanna diagnose some new shit and try to upswell me? lmfao. I demanded they just do what i paid for and was supposed to get done CORRECTLY the FIRST TIME. PROBLEM FIXED. It's really sad how lazy people are and no matter how hard someone's job is you should take some accountability in other people's safety and providing a simple and basic service and using COMMON sense when doing your job. I literally wanted the BARE MINIMUM. This was the most inconvenient and infuriating experience i had with a tire shop. I am someone who is super loyal to a tire shop when I find a good one and i guarantee this location or lex Brodie's in general will never have my business again.
