Many thanks to Jr., Sella, Leimomi and another female who's name I cannot remember, for the 5 Star customer service I received on Mar. 1, 2019. This team of employees kept me informed of the progress of my car's repair. I was happy to receive a loaner car since the repair could not be completed in one day, I was able to use their on line coupons to help reduce the sting of costly suspension repair of $1200. My car runs like a champ. Big Mahalo to Lex Brodie/ Scott Anderson and his team in Waipahu.

Talking with the representatives, I get an honest review of what my car needs & don't feel like I'm being sold on something my car doesn't need. I've done a review on Yelp in the past. All I can say is I always get good service at Lex Brodie. Your whole staff is great. On 3/1/19 my safety check went smoothly. I really appreciated, the person who checked me in (COP). I noticed that the cover under my engine was hanging in two parts. I pointed it out and he mentioned it looked cracked and said he would check if the dealer had the part. After my safety check was done, I was thinking I may have to wait all morning if the undercover had to be replaced. I was surprised, when he came over and said it wasn't broken, just needed to be clipped back. I really appreciated his checking and helping me with that. I'm going out of town in a couple days and it was huge relief. I really appreciate how I am treated at Lex Brodies. Mahalo
