It was my first time getting my oil changed here. Everyone was very friendly and asked if I have been helped. I made an online appointment and the process and service was very fast and efficient!

I was able to get an appointment quickly & easily. My oil change was completed earlier than expected and they help me with a nail in my tire at the same time.

Ben Purkiss was absolutely great. Personable , took care of me and kept me informed of progress in my 40 Pt inspection. I also had another problem I mentioned that a body shop kept me waiting for 2 1/2 weeks to replace my mirror, an insurance claim. He said he could do the job in a matter of hours if the part was available and delivered. It was, both. Dangerous driving with kids and no driver side mirror. Do it. He did. Took 2 1/2 hours for complete 40 Pt and mirror. Ben and Lex Brodie did in 2 1/2 hour what the body shop did not do in 2 1/2 weeks. Again Ben is an outstanding person. Completely satisfied, have been for years with Lex Brodie. He even sent me a Digital Vehicle Inspection Report with pictures, while I was in the waiting room. Can' t say enough about Ben Purkiss. He should be promoted or at least given a raise. He is one of the reasons I keep going back to Lex Brodie's.

Personnel very friendly however last time I had my car aligned per my two year contract however, they did not do the other brake inspection, rotate tires, etc. Are they supposed to do the total service and not just the alignment?
