You can always depend on Lex Brodie's staff to do a professional job with your car. Sure, the prices could be lower and maybe the service time less, but there's no question that when they fix soemthing, it stays fixed. And that's worth it right there.

Lex brodie's is absolutely the best tire shop anywhere. I caught a nail in my left rear tire late Saturday night. Was repaired good as new Sunday morning at Lex brodie queen street. This is actually the 3 time my tire has been repaired here in less that a year. Each time the service is fantastic. I would not go anywhere else for my tire needs

My boyfriend's car had a flat tire on Saturday around 3:30 p.m. We discovered it after walking to the car and saw the damage. There's a Chevron right up the street so we took the car to get the tire filled with air. There didn't appear to be anything wrong with the tire so after we were done filling up with air, we were putting the cap on when we could hear the valve leaking air. Bad. Looking at the time we weren't sure if anywhere could take a look at it. We called 3 places before Lex Brodies said there was time for us to bring the car in. Most places close at 5 so we were surprised they were able to accommodate us especially with the time. When we got to Lex Brodies there were cars all waiting in their lot. We arrived an hour before closing and Vichelle who assisted us said they should be able to check it out and find a solution. She was very helpful and kind, as she really took the time to listen to our concerns and gave us a breakdown of the possible costs depending on what will be done to repair. Since they close at 5 we were welcome to wait in their customer lounge or if we were to leave and come back we'd have to be back before 5. It's convenient because they are located near Kaka'ako and helps to kill time. We came back a quarter before 5 and the mechanic came to update us on the progress of the tire and what will be done to fix it. When we finally got called to take our car, the tire looked great and no leaking air valve! It was such a relief. I have to commend the customer service here. It was our first time and we were THOSE people that come right before closing yet they were friendly and very accommodating. That is very rare.

Had appointment but it made no difference in the wait. Car was inspected for registration, & they could have better explained the process.

2.5 hours to diagnose and fix leaky tire. Fox News on Tv in waiting room. This place has lost its mojo. Nice but hapless front of shop workers.

Every time I go to Lex Brodie's I get great friendly professional service. This time was no exception. I had a 50% savings compared to my auto dealer and I was treated as a special customer. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you very much!

I needed an aligment but didnt make an appointment it was really busy, the wait time was 3-4 hours before they could fit me in. I could not wait that so one of the staff offered to set me up with am early 8am appointment which worked out of me, and when I came in today for the scheduled service I was given 10% off without me even having to ask. They are a bit more pricey than your mom's and pops tire shop, but worth it for the Friendly, quality service, and the piece of mind that comes with the Lex Brodie name and reputation.

When I first arrived no one greeted me. All were tending to a Chinese man who was yelling at the manager, Gerald (?), very loudly. Everyone ignored me and had to wait 15 minutes to be acknowledged. Made an appointment for 10:30. Person who helped me did not even look for appointment on computer to see what I needed for my car (which it asks you online when you sign up for appt). When checking out and tried to use coupon that was delivered to my email from Lex Brodie's she had to double check that I had an appointment scheduled ("you had an appointment?!?"). Then he told me it would take an hour and a half. Took almost 2 hours to even call to say that my flat was unrepairable and I needed new tires. When calling to check on progress of car, girl that answered was rude and acted like I was taking up her time. Said she needed to talk to the person handling my car. Took an hour for him to call me back with an update. Then when checking out the manager would not allow me to use the YELP coupon if I used the $20 off each tire coupon. He looked over my shoulder at my phone while I was doing the math to see which coupon would be more. Rude. Don't have coupons if you won't allow people to use them. Very bad business. I have been told not to go to Lex Brodie's because they rip you off and this just lends to that point. Very disappointed in my service. Something that was supposed to take 1.5 hours took 3 hours. Ridiculous. On the positive: tires are working great and rising well!
