I made an online schedule for 7 am for an oil change. It gave me an option to choose when I wanted my car to be picked up and I chose 11:00. However, my car was not done until around 3 pm. There was no explanation what the delay was which is unusual for Lex Brodie's. The job was completed and the sales people were very nice. I just wished that there was some communication that's all.

Well where do i begin....I called all around yesterday for a price on tires and the best were either Sam's club or Lex Brodies a few dollars difference i went with Lex Brodies. I'm widowed so my husband normally does all this for me I'm learning little by little. Going down to thier shop i got a little lost and called for better directions the girl said she couldn't help me and hung up. I was quoted over the phone $216 the pricing was $263 way off $47 diff which is alot for me on my SS income. The very girl i was working with was very snippy and a little rude not the way customer service should be. She said the best they could do was take away the warranty to get me to closer to price they quoted over the phone and that wasn't going to happen i need that warranty. She came back after speaking with the manager with $253 with warranty far from $216 but I had no choice. Guess I won't be going back there!!!!

Customer service folks are very nice. They understood when I was late and gave me the $10 off discount for making the appointment. The work on my car easy efficient and effective. I rely on Lex Bodie for all my service and maintainence. They rarely see me for repairs because my Toyota rarely breaks down ;) ...knock on wood.
