This Sunday was my first time going to Lex Brodies. The staff is extremely friendly, the prices are fair and the service is great! I will definitely being using Lex Brodies as much as possible going forward.

I was told that my safety check would take 2hr. I came back 2 1/2 hours and the car was still not ready. I went to another location and did the safety check in 10 min. This experience gave me lots of doubt on whether to return for future services or not.

Brought our Subaru Outback in for an oil change and basic service. Maile Otis made a couple of recommendations including alignment of the tires. She called me a few hours later to let me know that our car was ready, no alignment was needed, saving us plenty $. Looking forward to going back to Lex Brodies for our next service. They are the best!

I brought my car in for its routine balance and rotation and the service was friendly. I was told it would take a while because the shop was busy, yet it only took a couple of hours until my car was ready.

Great tire service! Tire guy was very informative about my old tires and gave me information on which new tires would best suit my car. The new tires are great and my ride is very smooth. Would definitely come back for tire service. On one negative note, the restroom was out of service and I had to wait until I got home, maybe Lex Brodie could've had an alternative restroom use since most people have to wait at least 2-3 hours for their car to be service.

Came in with a flat tire, big screw sticking out of it... Tatiana and Koly had it fixed and had me out the door SUPER QUICK and for a great price! Also they were super friendly. Fantastic experience, I will definitely return!
