I have been a customer since Lex Brodie would be there with his palaka shirt or Mr. Inaba there later; both personally involved that customers are properly taken care of and the staff on top of the work. Maile was excellent and went out of her way to explain and walk me through the tire selection process and pricing that has increased significantly over the years. She was very good over the phone and in person. I appreciated. The person who took my payment not so much. I sensed she was in a hurry to process other customers and assumed i had no problem with an approaching $800 cost for 4 tires. She didn't ask or volunteer to explain the value i was receiving for my purchase. I can afford the payment but would have appreciated a pace that appreciated me more as a customer. A subtle shaving back of your extra ordinary service level and touted aloha spirit that if left unchecked will make you no different than other sources and motivate me and others to begin considering them. Since then i have received numerous emails from you all to follow up. That said i am satisfied with the product and quality of workmanship which is one reason i go to Lex Brodie, Maile"s positive effect on me and that last disappointing service lapse as i paid and walked out the door.

Staff greeted me....listened to my concerns and walked me through the process. The service was a little longer than estimated but I was thanked for my waiting. The price was as quoted and the paperwork was accurate and sufficient along with the promise to rotate the tires to provide confidence in the work done.

Took car in for an oil change ended up waiting 8 hours due to other problems found. Jim did a great job keeping me informed during the long process. Customer service is why i keep going back to Lex Brodie's. Mahalo, Kyle
