I have posted a lengthy review on Yelp praising the incredible service I received for my emergency repair. My battery was too weak to start my car. The auto club (where I bought) my battery came to replace it, but due to the excessive amount of corrosion that had formed around the terminal, he was afraid that the cable would break off which would lead to my having to tow the car. I went to two places right across the street from where I was stranded on Waialae Ave., but without an appointment, they couldn't promise anything. The second place that I went to saw my Lex Brodie reminder sticker on the windshield and suggested I call them. The salesperson at Lex's said, they could do it and to just come in. It was already 1:30pm. Copper was out front and has helped me before. I was on my way within 30 minutes of arriving. Yes, it was not a tire related problem, so I was lucky to be helped without and appointment, but Copper and his staff went beyond the call of duty. I was and will continue to be a very satisfied customer.

Came in for my 6 month rotation. Maile greeted me with a smile. Asked me if I wanted a wheel alignment as well. I declined. Relayed my request to check my brakes to the technician.
