I called Sam's Club and Costco, but couldn't get the tires right away, plus had to wait 2-4 weeks prior to scheduling an appointment to replace the tires. Luckily I called Lex Brodie's and immediately set up an appointment the same day and got the top of the line tires. In addition, the tires had more discount the both Sam's and Costco. Awesome deal. I'll definitely go back to lex brodies again.

Friendly staff who provided good customer service. Recommend synchronizing your online appointment portal with customer accounts. Both of my online appointments were not in the system when I checked in. Staff had to do something manually.

My service was very fast and efficient. I came into the shop thinking my car wouldn't be done in over a few hours but it was in and out of there before the hour was up. Excellent service!

Ahhhh, Lex Brodies Honolulu is outstanding.....their wonderful friendly and very knowledgeable staff are so kind and wonderful. Did I mentioned kind and helpful! I always take my two vehicles to Lex because I know that said Lex will keep my vehicles in top conditions for moi (me in the French language ) to head out to the west side to body surf on the weekends.....and I am so pleased and I feel safe while pumping 90 on the H1.....can't wait to jump on the ocean. Prompt Professional & Friendly

For a major issue that affects the safety of my car, it seems there is little Lex Brodies could do to help. Although my car is a common car, recent year, they have to special order the parts in, but they don't know whether or not both parts need fixed. I would have to pay for the parts before they special order them and it just seems like so much hassle. I normally love these guys, but their quote for parts and labor and the hassle of the special order parts just made it not worth it. I'm checking some other local mechanics to see who can do the work for me.
