Work was done on time and complete. Very friendly staff especially Fred.

It was easy to make an appointment on-line. The price was competitive with the big box stores, and I liked the ability to choose the tires on-line before committing to an appointment. Parking was a little tight at the Pearlridge location, but I found a spot. Although I did not spend that much time in the waiting room, I appreciate that there were charging/work stations available for cell phone and laptop use.

Great customer service and friendly staff

All over this Island you are known as the Gold Standard for service, quality and friendliness. When ever I have great service from a business I tell them they get the Lex Brodie Award. Then I tell them this story. Several years ago my wife had a slow leak on her fairly new convertible. I took it off her car and threw it in the back of my pick up truck. I drove straight to Lex Brodie's. When I picked up the fixed tire I asked how much I owed. "Nothing", came his reply. I explained that it wasn't one of his tires but came with my wife's car new. That's OK, he said. "We take care of our own. No charge". Every time I tell that story and give my verbal Lex Brodie award to a deserving business or person they swell up with pride. Local people know a compliment when they hear it. Personally, I haven't bought a tire anywhere else in 35 years. Thank you very much.

The amazing folks there are very kind and helpful. They helped me to get the soonest appointment and serviced my car timely. I like the fact that they have been around on the island for so long. That place is so worth it.
