Jordan was very friendly and helpful. I needed 4 tires of a brand I wanted to have today but they didn't have them on hand. He gave me options to wait a couple days or install the brand I wanted but in a different size. He explained they provide this option to customers and inform them it is totally safe and is comparable to the original stock tires. He went out of his way to pull a tire off the shelf, take it out to my car for comparison. I bought the tires on the spot. Mahalo Jordan for your outstanding service.

I made an appointment the week before to get a safety check, tire rotation, and to have my brakes checked. All was scheduled for 11 June. I dropped my vehicle off and was told by the service reo, Charlemaine, that I could also get an alignment as well but it would add another hour for my service I agreed and left my vehicle in their capable expert hands. Less than 2 hours later, I received a message about my safety check, i called to find out about a note about my brakes. Charlemaine explained it to me in a way that I would understand and it set my mind at ease. I appreciate how she was kind, considerate, and patient. Thank you all for the great work that you!
