I was so excited to learn about this place because it's less than a mile from my job down town, and super close to day care. First of all, everyone I interacted with was always friendly and professional but there seems to be a major communications disconnect between drop off, repair, and pick up and a lack of reading appointment visit reasons and notes. My first appointment was on 6/8/2021, I went in for 4 new tires and 2 year alignment (very reasonable cost at just under $800 total), brake inspection, and check on the suspension in the front (which is why I think my alignment was off so bad, or at least in part). I dropped off around 7:15am or so and not a word from them all day, so I called around 3:45pm to see if it was ready and the nice woman said she needed another hour and fifteen minutes or so, which is fine. When I picked up though, the only thing that actually happened was the alignment and new tires, nothing else even though they were reviewed at check in. I was frustrated because the car had been there for NINE hours and they just skipped half the things I came in for. So I was super hesitant to go back because of this experience, mostly because of how dismissed I felt and the fact that now I need to arrange for another days appointment. So I reluctantly scheduled an appointment for today, to go back and address the things that were skipped from last weeks appointment: Brake inspection Front end suspension inspection; and a new issue that started 10 minutes after i left lex brodies last week (four different warning lights randomly come on for 2-5 minutes, then go off, then randomly come on again - airbag, abs, traction control, and tire pressure warning. A couple hours after drop off i get a call from Cooper explaining that the breaks were worn down, which i believed because the dealer had already found that, and offered me a couple repair options. I went with the lifetime warranty package, about $540 including pads and rotors. Before we hung up, he mentioned that they're still figuring out the warning light issue. No other communication until i get a call around 4pm saying my car was ready to be picked up. As i'm paying, i had to interrupt the process to inquire about the front end inspection and the warning light issue because she really just wanted my money for the breaks. The front end inspection never happened, AGAIN! Even though i put extremely detailed descriptions in the appointment notes and confirmed that the front end needed to be inspected at drop off. She looked at the appointment notes as well as "check front end" as one of the appointment reasons and didn't know what to say. I don't blame her though, she's just there to check me out, but there was no effort the check in with the repair people to see if it was done, her only response was "I don't see a quote for these issues." When I asked about the warning lights, she literally told me what the warning lights were. Uhm, i know what they were, i'm the one that pointed them out. I tried to explain that it started barely 5 miles after i got my new tires but she said that's not possible. Fine, maybe it's not, though i've never seen those lights come on before then, but they still didn't address the issues. She again told me what the lights meant and treated them independent of each other when clearly they're the same issue (again, they all come on at the exact same time, stay on for 2-5 minutes, then go off. Then come back again later but I think she realized they overlooked it maybe? I don't know, but she basically was like "for this you gotta go dealer, for this you gotta go somewhere electrical, for this dealer." Again, felt so dismissed and again half the things i came in for were skipped. I'm so frustrated, i've literally wasted so much time with them across two appointments in 7 days (and $1,300). Now i have these amazing warranties and benefits with the $800 new tire purchase from last tuesday, and a lifetime warranty on the $540 breaks from today that i'll never benefit from because i won't go back. On the bright side though, the breaks, tires, and alignment feel awesome
